Our Approach
At F&M, we focus on small business entrepreneurship through acquisition and strategic partnerships. We aim to support existing small businesses by finding and aligning with their operations as well as supporting owners who are looking to exit. We evaluate the business to understand if we would make a good fit, then we work with the owner to invest in new avenues or to acquire the business and operate it.
What We Look For
Industry
We’re open to all opportunities, but are particularly focused on businesses which operate within or adjacent to the food and beverage industry.
We’re specifically focusing on distribution, transportation, warehousing, and manufacturing.
Location
We currently operate directly out of Jamestown, NY, and are focusing our search on the regions between and including Pittsburgh, PA, Buffalo, NY, and Cleveland, OH.
Operations
We consider working with any business, organization, or individual whose operational strategy aligns with ours and whose partnership results in mutual growth and efficiency.
